Annual Meeting Notice:     

You are hereby notified that by virtue of the policy you are a member of the Roberts County Farm Mutual Insurance Company and that the annual meeting of the Company is held the 3rd Wednesday of April each year.  The meeting is at 2:00 p.m. at the home office in Sisseton, SD.

NOTARY SERVICE AVAILABLE

Appointments are required for all notary services. Appointments can be scheduled during the times the office is open. These times are 9 am to 4:30 pm. Please call at 605-698-7122.

Bring 2 forms of ID, including a picture ID, with your signature on each. Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • A current passport from any country, in a language the Notary can read
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A valid state ID
  • A military ID
  • A signed credit card

*Birth certificates and Social Security cards are not accepted as ID.
